Every order ships cold, tracked and in plain outer packaging.

How we ship

Dispatch: orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Later orders, and orders placed on weekends or US public holidays, ship the next business day.
Packaging: insulated box with cold packs, vials secured in foam. Outer packaging is plain with no product names.
Tracking: a tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Destinations: buyers are responsible for complying with the import rules of their own country.
Damaged or missing items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund the affected items.
