Damaged, incorrect or missing items: report within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will replace or refund.
Because of storage sensitivity and safety, opened products or products that have left our cold chain cannot be returned.
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days at the buyer’s cost, subject to inspection.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
