• Agreement: placing an order means you accept these Terms and the Research Use Only Policy.
• Eligibility: buyers must be 21 or older and purchasing for research purposes.
• Pricing and payment: prices are in USD and may change without notice; orders are confirmed once payment clears.
• Order acceptance: we may refuse or cancel orders, including suspected prohibited-use orders, and will refund any payment taken.
• Shipping and risk: risk passes to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. Buyers are responsible for complying with local import laws.
• Product information: specifications are provided for research reference. Batch data comes from the published certificate of analysis for that lot.
• Warranty: products are warranted to match the identity and purity shown on their lot’s COA at the time of shipping. No other warranties, express or implied, are given.
• Limitation of liability: liability is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned.
• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
